Is Accurecord AI HIPAA compliant?

The Pro/Enterprise API tiers and ICD-10 Coding Pro organization accounts are built to support HIPAA compliance and handle PHI only for healthcare organizations under a Business Associate Agreement executed with that organization, with audit trails. PHI is never enabled by self-serve signup and is not available on individual accounts. Individual ICD-10 Coding Pro accounts and free tiers are reference-only and are not intended for PHI.
